**HR Coordinator**

**Role Purpose**

You will support our teams to pour happiness into the lives of each other and our customers. You need to ensure exceptional performance for all stakeholders.
Your role is to effectively and efficiently administer analysis, projects, policy and our people processes for Destination Food Brands to support the delivery of our Operational and HR plans. You will be able to demonstrate good organisational skills, be highlyself-motivated, and able to work at a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator/coordinator, who is able to work under their own initiative. It is an agile role, working 50/50from home.

**Key Accountabilities**

Delivery of the following within communicated timescales
- Trend analysis of HR insights and reporting including communication packs for meetings
- Producing and collating confidential data and regular reports
- Prepare Excel Spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
- Recognition, Wellbeing and I&D administration and development as part of working party
- Administration or life event and bonus communications etc within the required timescales and in conjunction with our policies
- Administration of Authority to Recruit (ATR) and the Contract Request Form CRF process
- Support of central induction and management and communication of new starters and promotions activity
Ad hoc projects as and when required
- General correspondence and administration as required
- ER Note taking support for Central teams with guidance from Senior HRBP

**Person Specification**
- Positivity - Ability to react positively to sudden and unexpected changes in demand
- Ownership of tasks, own development and awareness of goals and requirements
- Communication - clear, simple, unambiguous and well structured verbal and written communication, and to have confidence in dealing with all areas and levels within our business.
- Issue & conflict resolution - take in information quickly and accurately and work within process guidelines to propose solutions to problems.
- Adaptability -adopt appropriate approach to suit different situations and differing audiences.
- Good level of literacy and numeracy with a minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent grade, A-C including English language and Maths
- Preferably CIPD level 3 or studying towards gaining the qualification
- Intermediate level of IT literacy with Excel, database administration, Word and preferably PowerPoint
- Min 6 to 12 months previous administrative experience required within an HR environment
