**Job Summary**
The Area Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing operations within a designated area, ensuring that teams are effectively managed and that organisational standards are met. **Responsibilities**
- Manage daily operations within the assigned area, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Conduct regular assessments of team performance and implement training programmes to enhance skills and productivity.
- Collaborate with other supervisors and management to develop strategies for improving operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all staff.
- Address any employee concerns or conflicts promptly and professionally, fostering a culture of open communication.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain management to ensure adequate stock is maintained.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
