**Group Head of People**

The QPHL Group is family of pharmaceutical, clinical homecare and laboratory services companies, serving the NHS, pharmaceutical and agricultural industries nationwide.

We’re looking for an experienced and qualified HR leader who is ready to make the role their own.

This role reports directly to the CEO.

**Key deliverables include**:

- Develop and implement a group HR strategy
- Develop appropriate OD framework and intervention
- Design ways to further embed the Vision and Values of the organisation to enhance the culture
- Develop effective employee engagement
- Support the company with employee relations, using your knowledge of employment law
- Attract, retain and grow the talent within our team
- Create and ensure group-wide HR frameworks to enable successful outcomes at business unit level

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need**:

- Proven experiences at a senior level of leading and inspiring a successful HR team in a people and service focused organisation
- Commercial acumen and ability to think strategically whilst taking a hands-on approach
- Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and ability to build relationships, collaborate and influence at all levels.
- Resilience and ability to work under pressure with the ability to prioritise competing demands
- Project management and organisational skills
- Professional relevant qualification in Human Resource Management (CIPD or equivalent)
- Good UK employment law knowledge
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
