We are going through a period of exciting change and growth and are looking to welcome an experienced Customer Service Representative to our team, based in our offices in Worthing.
Role & Responsibilities:
As a customer service representative, you would be the face of Visual Comfort Europe. You would be appointed a selection of customers to look after as their dedicated Customer Service Representative and be their main point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring your customers’ queries are dealt with promptly and accurately. You will also be responsible for overseeing your customers orders through to completion and beyond, taking ownership of any issues they may have, ensuring a swift resolution. You would also be responsible for ensuring all outstanding quotes are followed up and confirming orders to meet with company targets.
Essential Skills:
- A minimum of 3 years office-based customer service department
- Computer literate
- Experience with dealing with customer issues.
- Experience working to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written)
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- An ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
- Ability to prioritise workload
Preferred Skills:
- A basic understanding of lighting
- Experience in European trade (especially since Brexit)
- Team player
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
