- Provide recommendations to guests, including upselling menu items to enhance their dining experience.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their visit.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of dishes served.
- Maintain an organised workspace, including restocking supplies as necessary.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills to balance multiple tables efficiently.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Excellent guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills within the culinary field.
Pay: £12.21 per hour
