Bartender

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the team to design seasonal and signature drink menus.
- Monitor and maintain quality control for all bar products, including ingredients, garnishes, and drink presentation.
- Ensure consistent and high-quality customer service with every interaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, complying with health and safety regulations.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, techniques, and products.
- Train and mentor junior staff as needed.

**Required Experience & Skills**:

- Proven bartending experience (4+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
- Demonstrated ability in drink preparation, including garnishing and presentation.
- Experience contributing to or creating bar menus.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality and consistency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

**Nice to Have**:

- Mixology or bar training certification.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or lead bartender role.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and POS software.

Pay: £15.00 per hour
