The Role
As Client Relations & Event Decor Assistant, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our clients have a smooth and enjoyable journey from their first enquiry to the final event wrap-up. No prior wedding industry experience is required—what matters most is your ability to connect with clients, stay organised, and adapt to new challenges.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Managing client onboarding and offboarding, keeping them informed every step of the way
- Answering client queries and providing support throughout the planning process
- Sharing new decor trends and creative ideas with clients
- Creating engaging newsletters with updates and inspiration
- Helping with the physical setup, installation, and removal of event decor
**What We're Looking For**:
- Experience in similar role, or related fields (experience in the wedding industry is a plus but not required)
- Strong communication skills and a client-first attitude
- Ability to stay organised and manage multiple tasks at once
- Enthusiasm for design, trends, and making events special
- Willingness to work hands-on with event setups and breakdowns
- Flexible availability, including weekends, to accommodate event schedules
**Essential to The Role**
- 3+ years experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Driving Licence, own car or access to one.
- Located easy commuting distance to Coleraine
- Physically able for lifting supplies and materials and using step ladders
- Full driving licence and wiling to drive company van (must be over 25 years of age for insurance purposes)
