Do you have excellent communication skills and the creativity to ensure an impactful delivery of key ideas? If so, we have just the role for you in our Marketing team as a Communications & Marketing Executive.

**The Core Role**
- Developing and running principally digital campaigns, internally and externally, aligning with the overall Marketing Team’s key objectives
- Optimising campaigns using continuous performance monitoring with tracking and analytics tools and providing strategic insight
- To assist with building and maintaining the Marketing Content Calendar which includes idea generation and content creation (video content is preferable)
- Working with the wider Marketing and Sales team on conversion rate optimisation, and increase our overall customer acquisition rates
- To initiate PR activities including writing press releases as well as writing articles for our website and industrial magazines, increasing our brand exposure
- To manage comms requests from internal stakeholders and be able to assist with company communications meetings and other internal events
- To assist with events and tradeshow organisation and be confident to represent the company and our services
**We are looking for**
- Someone who is a positive influencer, excellent communicator and proactive in presenting new ideas
- Have experience working with digital marketing, content creation and delivery
- Be curious and on top of the latest digital marketing trends, tools and technologies
- Keen eye for detail is essential with the ability to deliver the right message, to the right audience
- Be comfortable working with technical information and be able to interpret it in order to produce easy-to-digest and engaging content, strong copywriting skill is also crucial
- Be confident in using visual design tools such as Canva & Adobe packages
- You are adaptive and confident working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- You must be a team player but also confident to work independently
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and the ability to work to tight deadlines
