**About the role**:
This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and friendly e-commerce team. You will be working in our nursery plant team in a very fast-moving environment with time-sensitive order processing requirements. Your core role will be within the pick, pack and dispatch process. Additional responsibilities may include stock replenishment, stock control, product maintenance, and other typical plant nursery duties.

**Warehouse Operative duties**:

- Picking and packing goods
- Plant maintenance
- Dispatching orders to specific requirements
- Working as part of a team to ensure all orders are shipped within SLA
- Goods-in processing and paperwork completion
- Stock replenishment and returned item processing
- Loading and unloading of vehicles

**Ideal Applicants**:

- Self-motivated, passionate and enthusiastic
- Organised and reliable, with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication and team skills
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work as part of a team
- A Forklift licence (non-essential)

**Work Schedule**:
Monday-Friday 7am-3pm / 3pm-10pm (2 shifts available, TBC)

Weekend shifts may also be required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £7.50-£11.00 per hour
