We are offering you a fast track to management within 12 months. With your first years OTE at least £60,000you will also be joining an accredited investor in our people company. **The role**
- Receive on going training, on an ongoing basis
- Business development, making sales calls to prospective and previous clients to sell ITECCO as a business partner to build long term relationships
- Writing adverts and social media content to attract top talent

**About you**
- A genuine interest to be successful
- Ambitious, motivated, and willing to learn
- A people person. You will love connecting with new people and understanding their needs and requirements
- A strong communicator. You will have excellent attention to detail, as well as a talent for conversation.
- Highly organised. You will be managing your own desk, so you will need to be able to keep on top of your workload at the same time.
