We are a growing provider of Traffic Management services across the United Kingdom and require a part time Finance Assistant to support our finance operations at our Belfast Head Office.

Salary is £25,000.

**Duties will include**:

- Raising and monitoring Purchase Orders
- Processing purchases invoices for payment
- Issuing customer monthly statements
- Contacting customers who are beyond payment terms
- Query resolution
- Assisting with monthly employee payroll runs
- Identifying savings across suppliers where possible
- Recording and allocating receipts and payments
- Attend meetings as required by management
- Any other duties, within reason and capability, as determined by Senior Management Team

**Essential / Required Experience**
- 1 years minimum experience of working in a similar role within a private sector organisation
- Xero accounting platform experience
- Proven experience in a busy office environment
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong process driven person
- Ability to work to strict timescales
- Ability to prioritise and plan workload
- Practical experience of construction / facilities management service delivery or similar
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to successfully work to tight deadlines

**Desirable Experience**
- 3rd level business related qualification
- Qualified Accounting Technician

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
