**Overpayments Recovery Officer**:
**Role Purpose**:
An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen within the Income Collection & Enforcement Team in Revenue Services Department dealing with the recovery of overpaid benefit.

**Key Responsibilities**:
You will have experience of benefit overpayments recovery procedures and processes.

You will also have good knowledge and understanding of Housing Benefit legislation, regulations and working practices.

You will have excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills to help you to manage your busy and varied workload.

**Additional Information**:
The service currently works in a hybrid environment with remote working and a presence in the office where required.

A satisfactory DBS clearance is required for this post.
