**Job Title: Clerk of Works**

**Location: Manchester**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure construction activities align with project specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and project managers to address any deviations from plans and specifications.
- Document and report daily on-site activities, highlighting progress and potential issues.
- Monitor the construction schedule, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Utilize construction management experience to provide insights and recommendations for process improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in construction management, with a focus on high-end food and beverage facilities.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with diverse project stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Previous experience as a Clerk of Works is advantageous.

**Benefits**:
