**LCFC Academy - Emerging Talent Operations Manager**

**About The Role**

Leicester City Football Club are excited to be recruiting for a highly organised Operations Manager to join our Academy’s Emerging Talent team, whose primary role will be to efficiently manage the resources and operations of the Emerging Talent department,ensuring that the best players are identified and recruited to the Club ahead of interested competitors. The Club are constantly seeking to be more efficient in identifying and engaging with young talent from across the country, and this position will playa substantial role in recruiting exciting new prospects for the Club’s future.

The role will undertake a varied workload that includes working with video scouts, coaching staff, scouts and the Head of emerging Talent to continually improve the Club’s internal processes and systems, driving efficiency, sound decision-making throughthe utilization of data, and identify opportunities to develop diversity and inclusion within the Emerging Talent team and wider LCFC Academy.

**Who We’re Looking For**

Essential experience and qualifications include:

- operational management of a large and complex organisation or department
- managing, using and presenting information and data to generate insight and actions
- developing ways of working that are efficient, effective and have an impact
- working with remote staff and managing their schedules and work
- communicating with key stakeholders face to face and in writing
- working with young people (preferably within a sport environment)

Desirable experience and qualifications include:

- FA Talent Identification Qualifications
- Qualification related to business management
- Experience in working in a football or elite sporting environment

**About The Club**
