**THIS ROLE IS A 6 MONTH FIXED-TERM CONTRACT**

**Overview**

Reporting to an Accounts Payable Team Leader you will play a key role in ensuring our AP department runs smoothly and that key tasks are completed on time.

You will be offering valuable support while gaining experience and training in our AP team which is preparing itself for a new systems implementation later this year.

You will need to have flexibility and be keen to learn different processes relating to invoice scanning, invoice processing and supplier queries.

**What you'll be doing**
- Supporting each of our Team Leaders (UK, International & Property) with their processes as priorities dictate.
- Upload invoices into our capture / OCR system and then correct data fields as required
- Create supplier templates so match rates on future invoices are improved
- Process invoices including general ledger coding, VAT breakdown, store allocation and forwarding to correct department
- Supporting the team in coding costs correctly

**We'd love to meet someone with**
- Either previous experience of working in an Accounts Payable team
- Or someone who is keen on a Finance career and is looking for some hands on experience.
- Ability to quickly learn
- To be flexible and provide support in a number of different ways and Teams
