Retail Team Leader

Our team leaders main responsibility is to ensure that our store is run in accordance with company procedures in the absence of the manager this includes
- Looking after and managing our team.
- Accepting and working deliveries of stock.
- Stock control and monitoring.
- Ensuring store standards are maintained.
- Any issues that arise are dealt with and reported to the manager.
- Security procedures are followed.
- Record keeping.
- Cash control.
- Store opening and closing.
- This is a Key holder position.
Our team leaders are pivotal to the smooth running of our stores and are expected to work alongside our teams to ensure our stores are maintained to a high standard and are a pleasant and safe place for our team to work and also for our customers to visit.
The shift pattern and working hours for this position are 2 shifts per week. The shifts are generally one of the following, 6am - 2pm, 10am - 6pm or 2pm-10pm, we work on a four weekly rota and this position involves weekend working and the ability to cover some extra shifts by arrangement to cover holidays etc.
Retail experience would be prefered.
**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time
**Salary**: From £10.30 per hour
