Our client is a family-owned leading independent Commercial Cleaning & FM Company in its 41st year. Due to significant growth, we are now expanding our team. This is very rare opportunity to put your stamp on things and make this your own.

**Main Purposes**:
To support the business in Managing 500 Remote Workers including daily HR matters with external professional support available.
You will support Operations Department with new contract mobilisation (TUPE transfers), onboarding, implementation of policies and best practice to aid staff retention, recruitment and training and ensure that all processes are fit for purpose, robust, compliantand create a great place to work.
**Are you the right person for the job?**
- Experience in implementation of the above in a multi-site environment in a service sector preferably cleaning or Soft FM Services.
- Experience in managing TUPE transfers in and out
- Experience of managing recruitment & onboarding of staff
- Excellent knowledge and demonstrable success of managing an ER caseload
- Excellent ability to influence and support management and the senior leadership team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced SME and dynamic environment.
- Excellent ability to make decisions quickly based on conflicting priorities
- Diligent, tenacious and resilient in approach and achieves tight deadlines.
- Out of the box thinking, dynamic and eager to learn, grow and take things on
- Effective interpersonal skills within a team environment.
- Organised, methodical with a ‘can do’ approach.
- Self-managing by continually assessing changing priorities.
**What will your role as a HR / Office Administrator look like?**
- Define and help the operational management team deliver slick and compliant TUPE transfers during the mobilisation of new or transfer of outgoing cleaning contracts.
- Review and own the induction and onboarding process to give the best new starter journey.
- Develop Training and Personal Development Plans to enhance employee engagement, ensure compliance to statutory requirements and improve skill levels.
- Develop, own and manage the recruitment process for all roles from vacancy to fulfilment.
- Ensure all HR policies and processes are up to date, compliant and work well in the business.
- Develop new innovative processes to drive efficiencies within recruitment, training and HR.
- Develop new staff engagement techniques to improve staff retention, reduce absenteeism and improve the culture.
