HR Administration Assistant

**About The Role**:
Are you looking for a role where you can use your administration skills and develop you’re a career within HR? Then look no further Here at APEM, we are seeking a HR Administrator to join our team and support the transformational change taking place within our HR function.
As the first point of contact for HR queries, you will be responsible for:
- managing our HR ticketing system,
- ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed
- maintaining accurate employee records
- providing an efficient HR service to the business
You will also play a crucial role in promoting a positive workplace culture and continuously improving HR processes. We are looking for someone with administration experience gained in a fast-paced business ideally within a HR function. You will need excellent attention to detail, excellent IT skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and HR systems), and good written and verbal communication skills. The role is offered on a hybrid basis, mainly home working with attendance at our Manchester office one day per week (on average).
