**Responsibilities**:Lead all aspects of surpassing clients expectations and thrive on offering great service; to take overall responsibility for delivering brand standards by ensuring that the Shop is opened/closed and operated in line with Bellavita standards, policies and procedures.

The main activities to execute are:

- Preparing Fresh Food
- Managing POS;
- Managing stock;
- Daily cash management;
- Preparing salads and sandwiches;
- Serving coffee;
- Serving clients at the deli counter;
- Ensure tidiness and cleanliness;
- Knowledge of the Italian F&B products;
- Sale skills and products suggestions;
