I am looking for a Part Qualified Financial Accountant to join my clients London Office (Kentish Town)

This will be an ideal opportunity for a Financial Accountant who is looking for an opportunity to use and develop their current skillset within one of the “Best Big Companies in the UK to work for” My client is a larger and internationally operating businessand so this role requires extensive budgeting, forecasting and reporting experience with the ability to confidently deliver financial results to the Senior Finance Team.

**Job Description: **
- Support the Group Finance Business Partner with the production of the monthly head office overheads reports
- Investigate and explain budget variances in relation to forecast and prior year reports
- Prepare management information and reporting to be delivered to the Senior Finance Team
- Liaise with Budget Holders to produce and present quarterly forecasts and budgets
- Prepare reversing accruals and correction journals
- Investigate and resolve any queries, improving processes where applicable
- Reconcile head office overheads to general ledger
- Produce monthly headcount report for the Group
- Produce salary analysis for the Head Office Overheads for the UK
- Develop relevant reports in D365 and Power BI to support head office overheads reporting
- Report financial information to the Senior Finance Team, producing back up to support outcomes

**Requirements**:

- ACCA/ACA part-qualified, keen to continue further study
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience in a similar role with proven month end accounting, reporting and advanced reconciliation experience.
- Budgeting and forecasting experience (ideally within a larger business environment)
- Accustomed to working with and manipulating large volumes of financial data
- Good knowledge of Finance ERP systems including, ideally, Power BI and data warehouses
- Commercial awareness and business acumen
- Committed to continual process improvements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Practical working knowledge of Project Accounting
