We are looking for an Incident Manager to join a globally renowned organisation that is currently going through a big period of growth.

Currently bringing all of technology in house now is a fantastic time to join a play a vital part in the growth of their Network Operations

Innovation is at the heart of this technology function, using industry leading technologies You'll be joining as the Network Operations Incident Manager to help deliver best in class service levels & be responsible for the day to day support of networkoperations - driving the resolution of network incidents.

You will be expected to manage incident bridge lines and to play an active role in the triaging of complex network issues.

Core Responsibilities:

- Experience as an Incident Manager within Information Technology (Networks, Infrastructure, Security, Telecoms etc)
- Experienced working within IT Operations with demonstrative 'command and control' of triage bridges for troubleshooting efforts on large incidents
- Ability to develop, maintain incident management and communication reports
- To work closely with Problem Management on root cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent repeat incidents
- Ability to communicate effectively across a variety of technical teams and senior management
- Experience supporting / managing a multi-vendor environment
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, SevOne or equivalent

This is a brilliant opportunity to join an organisation where you will have a clear progression path and autonomy over how the environment matures moving forwards

You'd be assigned to a shift team, working 7am-6pm for 4 days. This will be fixed with no expectation of overtime, out of hours etc.

It's a hybrid role so you need to be a commutable distance from their offices in Chester
