Maintenance Planner

We are actively recruiting a Maintenance Planner to join our maintenance team. You will be responsible for ensuring minimum stock levels are maintained and advise Management on required uplifts and high risk long lead times. You'll alos be ensuring the correctparts are available and organized for upcoming planned Maintenance activities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure minimum stock levels are maintained and advise Management on required uplifts and high risk long lead time items
- Ensure the correct parts are available and organized for upcoming planned Maintenance activities
- To undertake all aspects of cycle counting in the Maintenance Storerooms
- Monitoring goods in and out and receipting goods on the CMMS system
- Raise Purchase Requisitions follow stock checks and automated reorder process
- Provide management with KPI data - including for example stock accuracy (system versus physical stock), by department identification of stock errors or process failures.
- Identify opportunities for improving stock accuracy and optimal planning of upcoming Maintenance activities
- Work closely with the planned and reactive maintenance supervisors to ensure obsolete parts are replaced
REQUIRED ACADEMIC & TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Level 3 or equivalent in engineering discipline advantageous
- Relatable technical qualification, BTEC, City and Guilds etc.
