We are currently working with a fantastic authority in London that are looking for an Assistant Project Manager

Purpose of the Post

Assistant Project Manager required for large complex construction delivery programme of work. Will work closely with a team of project managers and needs experience of social housing

Strong computer skills including developing spreadsheets, using formulas, vlook-ups, etc; use of comms platforms eg Sharepoint; experience of social housing; understanding of major works and development in LA environment ideal; experience in research anddata analysis; minute taking and facilitation of meetings; procurement; managing sub consultants; time management, professional, solution orientated, confident;
