We are looking for an ambitious and methodical Logistics Co-Ordinator, to join one of our manufacturing clients in the East Riding area on a permanent basis. As a Logistics co-ordinator you will be methodical in your approach, with a can-do attitude and enthusiasm for development.

The Logistics Co-ordinator will support the global sales and commercial manager in executing the logistic tasks for the whole of the business. You will have experience working in logistics, understand the shipment regulations and have experience of organizing shipments globally. You will understand the importance of executing very accurate and concise work.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Organizing land and deep sea shipments into Europe and globally
- Raising all appropriate paperwork
- Be kept up to date with all shipment regulations.
- Shipment invoicing (with support if needed)
- Training people in shipment logistics.
- Effective communication with both internal colleagues & external bodies
- Experience in a logistics role and of organising land and deep-sea shipments globally
- Knowledge of shipment regulations
- Computer literate
- Good reporting skills
- Plan and prepare for weekly meetings
- Liaising with other internal departments.

**Hours**:

- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
