**Sales Assistant - Keyholder Duties**

**Pay rate**:NLW plus enhancement when completing Key Holder duties.

**Contracted hours: 12 hours per week**

**_ Availability required: Varied hours, seven days a week_**

**Please Note** - If you are under 18, you won't be able to complete keyholding duties and hold keys, instead you'll join us as a 'sales assistant' until you reach your 18th birthday, when you'll upgrade to a keyholder. Although the position has a 12 hour contract, the successful applicant will be required to work up to 35 hours if required.

**To be awesome in the role**

As a Sales Assistant Keyholder, no shift is the same and you’re sure to have lots of fun You’ll be at the forefront of inspiring our customers to do more, by providing an exceptional customer experience and supporting your colleagues to do this too. You’ll support your Store Management team to keep your store running like clockwork, by opening, closing and running the store when needed, (holidays, days off, sickness etc) but don’t worry we’ll train you to do this. Besides that, you’ll work shoulder to shoulder with the store team to complete the operational day to day tasks, ensuring we deliver the best possible store standards, operational excellence and customer experience. **The technical bits you’ll need**

To flourish with us in the role, you’ll need to be positive, creative, confident and customer service focussed whilst passionate about our brand and ranges. You’ll enjoy talking to people and be at ease with approaching customers and demonstrating our products.

In your role, you’ll receive the higher rate of pay for the hours worked when keyholding, when you are the sole person responsible for the store in Management's absence (excluding breaks).
