CHIC is a small, family run business based in Derbyshire in the beautiful towns of Ashbourne, Bakewell and Buxton. We sell a wide range of ladies' clothing, gifts and accessories. We are passionate about what we do and have built up a large customer base over the last 15 years.

**Duties**:

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Merchandise products
- Operate the till and handle financial transactions accurately and securely
- Upsell products and promote current sales or promotions
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Work with team members to achieve sales goals
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with customers
- Proven ability to sell products and meet sales targets preffered but not neccessary

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in a busy retail environment located in a beautiful shopping arcade in Buxton. We are a family run business with a small team so hard work does not go unnoticed.

Pay: £11.50-£12.00 per hour
