**Day to Day**
- Prioritise workload and support the team to produce results in a timely manner to meet business needs
- Trusted to deliver a quality and specific experience, always acting responsibly and communicating clearly
- Ensure solutions are delivered that are not only fit for purpose, but bring the maximum benefit to the business overall
- Broad knowledge of Cadent’s Core Policies and Procedures that impact the way we operate
- Support the oversight, analysis and continual improvement of different processes
- Actively demonstrate and promote the Cadent Values, and positively contribute to a customer-oriented approach
- Champion for identifying improved ways of working
- Be inquisitive with an interest in developing existing skill set and learning new skills
- Support building and develop working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

**Within Your Role**
- Undertake surveys for Customer driven and planned work to provide an exceptional end-to-end customer experience
- Will include arranging access and appointments, survey and work execution. Ensuring you leave your customers with high level of overall satisfaction
- Establish and maintain a good working relationship with the Customer and respond positively to all enquiries
- Attend Customer property at appointed date and time to conduct a site survey and customer consultation
- Collate information on site on all aspects of work that will affect safety, price and lead time and advise the Customer accordingly
- To ensure that the Customer is completely satisfied with the service they receive from Cadent and leave them with a good, lasting impression
- Arrange and attend site meetings with Third Party Agencies who may be impacted by the works
- Maintain accurate records of all customer and Third-Party interactions in the Customer Pack
- Attend and participate in internal management and programming meetings where needed, bringing the voice of the customer to the proceedings
- Carry out any other duties appropriate to supporting ER&R as required
- To participate in a standby rota as required
- To work flexible hours as required to support the customer’s needs.

- Full UK Driving Licence
- Safe Working Awareness
- Street works, NRSWA, TMA, Permits
- Plant Location Practical Experience Version 1.0 December 2020
