**Responsibilities**
- Manage internal relationships with your allocated team managers to provide HR services, advice and guidance
- HR system updates
- Working closely with HR team management on the development of strategy and planning
- Working closely on employee experience projects
- Managing learning and development for your allocated business units, keeping abreast of priorities, researching opportunities and supporting and promoting learning and progression
- Proving HR advice and guidance on policies and procedures seeking support when appropriate
**Requirements**:
- Working experience of HR (we will consider HR Assistant/Administrative experience upwards)
- Experience of working in professional services would be desirable
- Confidence to learn and ask questions when needed
- Empathetic nature with the ability to listen
- Strong relationship builder
- A creative thinker able to make suggestions
