**Your role at Orbit.**
We are looking for a capable individual to work at a senior level within our complaints team on a permanent basis. Following company policy and service delivery you will work to ensure a positive result for our customers. You will deal with complaints from end to end, seeking resolution in the interest of the business and the customer. You will use an in-house management system to ensure all complaints are tracked through accurately.
You will engage with issues from third parties, MP and the Housing Ombudsman, so effective complaints management experience will be vital.
**Starting basic will be £24,624 rising to £27,209 after a period of training and development**
**What will help you make a difference.**
- Demonstrable track record in managing complaints at a senior level, i.e. Executive / MD level
- Experience of working in targeted environment and resolving complaints from start to finish
- Excellent literacy, numeracy and IT skills including MS Office with a focus on Excel
- Solid interpersonal skills and ability to communicate
