**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Scaffolding Supervisor located in Leeds. The Scaffolding Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring the erection and dismantling of scaffolding structures, ensuring that all work is performed safely and efficiently, and supervising a team of scaffolders.

**Qualifications**
- Supervisory Skills and experience in managing a team of scaffolders
- Strong knowledge of Working at Height, Scaffolding, Fall Protection, and safety regulations
- Dismantling skills and experience in dismantling scaffolding structures
- Good communication and organizational skills, with an ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Relevant industry qualifications such as CISRS, NVQ, or equivalent would be beneficial
