This role sits within the home office cyber security team (HOCS)
**The Responsibilities of the Resource Manager with understanding of Commercial Processes**
- Supporting resource requirements in HOCS. Working with Commercial and Finance to identify the right resourcing routes and working with hiring managers to fulfil the resourcing requirements.
- Supporting HOCS Finance activities. Acting as the gatekeeper and first point of contact for all Purchase Orders. Facilitating approval of requests by routing them appropriately to the budget holder and Business Operations SEO.
- Work with colleagues in the finance team to maintain forecasting spreadsheets.
- Working collaboratively across HOCS to develop and maintain accurate Finance tracker to maintain a ‘real time’ view of activity.
- Preparing weekly and quarterly management information reports and packs in an accessible and accurate way for analysis and planning of recruitment, contingent labour, and finance activities
- Supporting the onboarding of recruitment into HOCS:
- Support improvements to processes and procedures for the Business Operations team and update SharePoint as appropriate
**Essential Criteria**:
- Providing resource expertise to multiple stakeholders with varied needs.- Building effective working relationships at all levels with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrating good verbal and written communication skills and an ability to engage confidently at all levels.
- Possessing good organisational skills and the proactivity to drive tasks to completion
- Demonstrating flexibility and personal resilience to work at pace without losing attention to detail
- Possessing a good level of IT literacy e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint- Demonstrating an ability to handle, manage and present data for management information reporting - Desirable
- Having an awareness of financial processes - Desirable
**Key Outcome and Deliverables**
- Completing Commercial paperwork for approvals.
- Creating and maintain PO’s.
- Maintaining Commercial and Financial Trackers.
- Stakeholder Engagement with Senior leaders and internal stakeholders.
- Responsible for the pipeline of activities.
