**Job Advertisement: Salon Receptionist (Busy Clinic)**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Checking in up to **80 clients per day** and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience.
- Posting and managing availability content on the salon's social media platforms.
- Maintaining appointment scheduling and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Processing payments and managing client records.
- Keeping the front desk organised and running efficiently.
- Supporting administrative tasks as needed.
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of **3 years' experience** working in a similar high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Expert multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple streams of communication.
- Confident in spreadsheet data inputting.
- Proficiency in computer use and social media platforms.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Reliability is a key requirement.
**Details**:
- Shift pattern is Week 1 Wednesday and Thursday.
- Week 2 Wednesday and Saturday.
- Must be flexible to cover holiday shifts too.
