**Practice Accountant**

**£45,000 - £50,000 DoE**

Our client is looking for a Practice Accountant to join their professional team on a full-time, permanent basis. With a prospering network of clients, you will have the opportunity to build long lasting relationships and have a real influence in assistinga variety of great local companies with their accounting needs.

Our client is continuously adding more clients to their books through a wide network of referrals so it would be of great benefit if the successful Practice Accountant has a wide variety of industry knowledge. Good communication skills are also importantwith a real emphasis placed on listening to the clients' individual needs so that a bespoke service can be offered to really help each clients goals become a reality.

If you have Practice Accountant experience then this is the ideal opportunity for you, as you will have the chance to manage a diverse portfolio of clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and complete accounts and VAT returns for a wide variety of clients across multiple sectors
- Conduct client Audits
- Direct Client meetings on and off-site
- Offer guidance to other less experienced colleagues around the office
- Client management accounting (Xero, Sage, and Quickbooks knowledge)

**Skills/ Experience**:

- ACCA/ACA exam qualified or Part-Qualified
- Strong Interpersonal skills and business acumen
- Organised and driven to meet deadlines with a positive attitude
- Be able to operate Computer packages - Excel, Word, Xero, Sage and TaxCa
