As the OneFCC Screening Product Owner, you will be reporting directly to the Head of Screening - Financial Crime Centre of Excellence (FC CoE), and you will work alongside colleagues and teams across the FC CoE and Santander UK (Business Units, Line 2 FC, Technology and Operations) in particular the Screening Product owner.

**The difference you’ll make.**
- Owning the OneFCC Global Screening models across the ring-fenced bank.
- Acting as Screening lead on the OneFCC programme
- Owning the execution of Name and Transaction Screening in accordance with regulation, policy/standards and methodology incl. screening models, calibration and all related procedural documentation
- Executing of model updates and model maintenance, including relevant governance forums and processes
- Supporting the Head of Screening & Screening Product Owner in defining requirements for the OneFCC Global Screening model
- Ensuring that the Name Screening & Transaction Screening OneFCC team is appropriately skilled, qualified & trained to ensure the effective delivery of the OneFCC Programme.

**What you’ll bring.**
- Subject matter expertise in Financial Crime, specifically Screening (Name or Transaction)
- Experience in delivering Financial Crime transformation programmes

**It would also be nice for you to have.**
- Proven track record of leading and developing high performing Financial Crime teams
- Confident communicator, with excellent stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally
- Knowledge and experience of working across Retail & Corporate Banking products
- Evidence of a structured and organised way of working

This is a 18-month Fixed Term contract role which offers great WFH Flexibility
