**Position Overview**: As a Junior Sales Executive, you will be an integral part of our sales team, working closely with senior executives to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. You will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop your sales skills and advance your career in the field of sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products/services and value proposition.
- Track sales activity and performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet/exceed sales goals.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
