**| SAGE EXPERIENCE IS DESIRABLE |**
Our client is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their busy and fast paced team.
You will have excellent organisation skills and be able to manage your day and workload effectively.
**Responsibilities**:
- Screening calls and taking detailed, accurate messages where necessary
- Processing customer orders, customer spend and usage reports, expenses, accounts work
- Managing and distributing all incoming and outgoing post and couriers
- Photocopying, faxing, binding and filing all company documents
- Updating customer details / pricing / product info on the company database
- Providing support to reception during busy periods
- Office cover during staff holidays
- Assisting the office manager with various tasks / duties
- Ad-hoc secretarial duties
- Manages general office duties to ensure company processes run smoothly.
- Assists with management duties and corresponds with clients, customers, and vendors.
**Skills/Attributes/Experience**:
- Competent in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Ideally knowledge of SAGE
- Ability to prioritise own workload and act on own initiative.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have excellent numeracy and literacy skills and have good attention to detail
