Options Autism are recruiting Young Adult and Adult Advanced Practitioners to join our team within the Hanley Castle/Malvern area. Our registered independent homes offer residential care for vulnerable adults with autism, complex needs and learning disabilities.

Our home is **based in Hanley Castle** but are within commutable distance of Worcester, Malvern, Upton and other surrounding towns and villages.

This role has been created to enable those who are looking to progress their career to the next stage with a permanent and recognised role.

The role will provide you with a good understanding of the Team Leader role, whilst building confidence and being monitored in this junior yet advancing role. This in turn will create a responsibility for you in this position, whilst also giving Options Malvern View support and stability.

You will be required to provide the highest quality of care and support as part of the care team to Service Users and in accordance with Company policies, procedures and practices and standards set by the Regulatory Body.

**Criteria/Key Skills Required**:

- Hold or working towards obtaining Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care (Adults)
- Good knowledge of Service User group
- Effective communication skills, verbal and written
