As a Reviews Advisor, you’re part of a team that’s passionate about providing world class customer service. With your enthusiasm for music, you find joy in creating a positive customer experience and resolving customers queries in a straightforward manner, whilst working with our existing customers at their annual review to ensure their music usage is correct, identify opportunities where music usage can benefit their business and to be a point of contact and answer any questions they may have.

**Hours of Work**
- Monday to Friday shifts between 8am & 6pm
**Key Responsibilities**
- To discuss the benefits of using music within the customer’s business and identify opportunities to grow the value of the customer account.
- To deliver a positive customer experience and proactively contribute to the department’s service standards and customer satisfaction results, ensuring call quality targets are consistently achieved and exceeded.
- To investigate customer queries and resolve them in a timely manner.
**Experience & Qualifications**
- Understanding of what great customer service looks like
- Competent using Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook
