Bechtle are hiring for **Graduate** **Account executives** to be the face of their business. Your role will consist of finding and maintaining the relationship with key customers and ensuring their technology requirements are met.

We run a comprehensive **Graduate Scheme** for university graduates looking to kickstart a career in **Business Development**.

**What we are looking for**:

- **A people person** - strong communicator who enjoys building relationships.
- **A team player**- bringing enthusiasm and hard work to the role.
- **No prior sales experience is required.**

**Base Salary**:£24,000 (increased after probation) realistic first year OTE of £35,000

Pay: £24,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
