Tinies Dorset, Hampshire and Surrey are currently recruiting for a Recruitment & Marketing assistant to join a busy and fast-growing team.

As an assistant you will be working alongside an experienced consultant you will receive clear training and development plans to guide your growth. This is an excellent learning opportunity for a confident individual looking to enter the recruitment industry.

This is a hybrid role and does hold the opportunity once you feel trained and confident to work from home. The position is Mon-Fri 8am-5pm offering a rota basis, out of hours emergency booking service from 7am-7pm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interacting with clients over the phone and face to face to support their needs
- Brand Awareness
- Attending local Job & College Fairs and Community Events
- Supporting with creating new marketing content for our range of social media pages
- Being creative with media campaigns

**Requirements**:

- Excellent telephone manner
- Prior childcare experience would be preferable
- Interest and experience in recruitment or sales
- Be driven and eager to learn

**Package**:
Salary £22-25k
