**Job description**:

- Our Digital Transformation Assistant is a pivotal role in ensuring our team can deliver products that match the needs of the RN P&T Directorate. Operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment it is vital that we can keep track of our projects. You will ensure this can happen by managing our documentation, enabling the developers and project managers to access the latest information seamlessly. Monitoring the progress of a plethora of projects, you will learn to anticipate the information required and substantially contribute to their delivery.**Person specification**:
**Responsibilities**
- Enable the Digital CoE in its day to day work, developing or delivering digital solutions.
- Input into roadmap and backlogs, making recommendations on digital process prioritisation and alignment.
- Assist in preparation of briefings and updates, cohering activity across the Digital CoE to provide one clear picture of activity.
- Align with the change management team and projects to ensure schedule and communication coherence.
- Digital upskilling - commit time to personal upskilling as required to be able to perform the role, sharing new skills within your team as applicable.
