Overview

We are for looking for somebody to fill the role of Infleet Defleet Coordinator. The Infleet and Defleet Team is responsible for ordering, creating, managing and receiving all new cars, whilst simultaneously coordinating and returning all vehicles at end of life. This is a very busy and fast-paced team with an ever changing workload.

We work hard to create efficient processes, establish strong relationships and act fast to minimize the negative impact on members, vehicle downtime, costs, whilst always adhering to the Zipcar Fleet Plan. We are a cross functional team, liaising with many teams across the business; Fleet Operations, MS, Z4B, Marketing and have a very close working relationship with Avis Budget Group and a number of vendors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing vehicle infleeting and defleeting
- Planning de-fleets and managing vehicle blocks & tickets
- Working alongside Zipcar locations team to provide solid infleet/defleet planning, and optimization logistics
- Planning driving resource, route planning and managing a Zipcar employed driver, Plus drivers from an external vendor day-to-day
- Managing vehicle moves as quickly as possible to minimize downtime
- Responsible for providing reports and liaising with numerous vendors to ensure vehicles are moving through each step of the process within a tight timeline
- Data management: ensuring vehicle details, dates are updated on infleet/defleet trackers
- Liaising with ABG Vehicle Remarketing team around vehicle sales data, service histories and loose items
- Invoice data entry and tracking.
- Responding thoroughly and efficiently to queries and promoting Zipcar in a favourable light

Requirements & Qualifications
- A good grasp of London geography
- A meticulous attention to detail, strategic thinking and ability to plan and adapt existing plans effectively
- Ability to accurately and effectively deal with a variety of tasks simultaneously, under pressure and regularly with unforeseen distractions
- Flexible and accommodating in the face of a changing workload and able to come up with creative solutions to new and existing problems
- Confident with vendor management across a range of suppliers - has the ability to create relationships, be assertive and clear throughout, whilst having a personable and influential approach that maintains the relationship
- A good understanding of how Zipcar works, and the ability to troubleshoot vehicle issues
- Ability to identify, prioritize and focus on critical tasks
- Confidence to make judgment calls on the best course of action, weighing up cost and member experience.
- Work individually as a self-motivated team member
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to motivate and lead others
- A healthy sense of competition and a willingness to contribute, sometimes at short notice, to planned or reactive projects
- Strong written and oral communications skills, with the ability to show authority when needed
- Literacy in Microsoft Office, specifically with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel
