Our coffee is sourced and roasted with taste, quality and sustainability in mind. To further the sustainable coffee trade, we pay a higher price for our coffee based on its quality. Our skilful roasting releases the inherent flavour of the beans, honouring the hard work the farmers and growers put in at origin. Since opening in 2013, the Attendant has developed into a coffee Roastery, Café and Kitchen, with the intention of bringing permaculture to the UK café scene.
- **About you**:_

You'll be one of our baristas working closely with our Head Barista, Head Of Coffee and Cafe Manager in one of our 6 locations. You'll be working within a fun & friendly team, creating the best coffee you can get, and working with our Front of House Staff and Manager to provide an exceptional experience for our customers.

Your role will involve making exceptional coffee & providing great service to our lovely customers. Plus the dialling in of grinders on a daily basis to extract the best possible espresso and to steam the milk to a perfect micro foam. You'll also have the task of training new baristas and to help continue their development as time goes on. You'll also be responsible for the cleaning, maintenance and upkeep of our coffee machines and grinders on a regular basis.

The role also involves general maintenance, cleaning, opening & closing and serving roles within the cafe itself to support the rest of the in-store team.
- **We’re looking for a people with**:_
- A minimum of 1 year’s barista experience. 3 Year to qualify for Head Barista.
- Previous experience working with a team in a customer facing/ customer service role.
- A working understanding of how coffee is produced & knowledge of how to clean and maintain grinders on a basic level.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50-£12.00 per hour
