Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a PPC Executive to work with their very well-established client based in Peterborough.

Those with at least one year of proven PPC experience within a Marketing team which is focused on innovation and results in a financial or professional services environment are urged to apply. Otherwise, if you have had strong exposure to paid media and searches within any industry we would welcome a conversation to discuss your skill set.

**Principle Responsibilities for the PPC Executive**:

- You must have a strong understanding of PPC processes and analytics as well as active knowledge of paid advertising channels such as Google, YouTube and Facebook Ads.
- Copywriting experience: Ad copy and call-to-actions for PPC ads in multiple formats, and have a keen interest in creating impactful copy within the context of PPC.
- Prospecting: Work with the Marketing team to solve challenges and identify new opportunities.
- Campaign Management: Carry out campaign experiments and writing ad copy that focuses on conversion and aims to deliver a positive ROI for the business.
- Research keywords, analyse competitors and support the team with testing
- Have demonstrable experience in targeting, tracking and reporting across all platforms

**Person specification for the PPC Executive**:

- Experience of PPC Google Analytics and social media scheduling and metrics tools
- Outstanding communicator with high emotional intelligence and a sound grasp of paid media campaigns
- Excellent analytical skills
- Sound proof-reading and copywriting skills
- Ability to make sound judgements, basing decisions on logic and wider business needs
- A strong team player with a motivational hands-on approach, who can also work independently
- Self-motivated with the drive to push for continual development of the marketing effort, the ability to use own initiative and provide proactive support to others in the firm

This is a full time permanent PPC Executive position, offering an annual salary of £35,000.
