**The Role**

Every member of the team at The Cornwall, Hotel, Spa & Estate plays an important part in the uninterrupted guest journey, which is why we are looking for a dedicated, friendly, motivated & passionate team member to join our food and beverage team. You will aim to provide exceptional levels of customer service and exceed guest expectations. We are looking for someone to join our team you must have day time and evening availability over 7 days a week.

Enthusiastic and well presented applicants should have a good knowledge of customer service and catering, but above all be passionate about food and drink.

Good attention to detail, a focus on customer care and an excellent work ethic are essential qualities. The ability to maintain high standards of service even during peak restaurant periods or when a situation challenges you.

Micros or other POS experience is desirable but not essential as training will be given.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers with their food and beverage selections, ensuring a high level of hospitality and service.
- Prepare and serve food and drinks in accordance with safety and quality standards.
- Assist in catering events, coordinating with kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance the dining experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods, shifts to include the Christmas Period

**Job Types**: Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: £10.00-£11.44 per hour
