**The Role - Be a Key Player**

As part of our outreach squad, you’ll step up every day to make a real difference. You’ll be:

- Engaging face-to-face - chatting with the public at retail spots, events, and pop-ups, sharing the charity’s mission and inspiring support.
- Raising awareness - like a great coach, you’ll break down why the cause matters and how people can be part of the impact.
- Inspiring action - use real stories and team energy to rally supporters and secure long-term backing.
- Chasing goals - personal and team targets keep you motivated, plus you’ll earn bonuses and uncapped commissions for hitting them.
- Playing with integrity - always professional, always respectful, and always aligned with the values of the cause you’re championing.
