We’re on the lookout for a Customer Sales Team Member to help raise awareness and secure vital support for a well-known charity. You’ll be representing an incredible cause, engaging with the public, and inspiring people to get involved. **About the Role**

As a Customer Sales Team Member, you’ll be the face of a respected charity, helping to grow its supporter base and increase donations. Your day-to-day will involve:

- **Talking to People Face-to-Face** - You will interact with customers at retail shops, shopping centres, events, and promotional campaigns to share the charity’s mission, and encouraging long-term support.
- **Building Awareness** - Educating people about the charity’s work, the impact of their contributions, and why their support matters.
- **Inspiring Support** - Using storytelling and real-life examples to connect emotionally with potential donors and encourage them to commit to regular giving.
- **Achieving Targets** - Working towards achievable goals, with bonuses and commissions available for top performers.
- **Representing the Charity with Integrity** - Ensuring all conversations are honest, respectful, and aligned with the charity’s values.
