**Salary**: £25,000 - £30,000 base depending on experience, plus full benefits listed below.

**Contract**: 12 Month FTC

There’s so much more to HEINEKEN than meets the eye and right now, we’re looking for **a People Administrator **to join our **People Function**

**The Role**

The People Administrator role is critical in executing all colleague lifecycle changes to ensure a fluid end to end process for all of our internal colleagues and people managers.

Reporting into the Head of People Operations, you’ll execute a wide variety of transactions. It’s super important that these tasks are completed on time and are done with a high level of compliance and accuracy - it is our people and their sensitive information we’re dealing with, so we want to make sure they’re looked after well

We work with a variety of policies, benefits and employment terms across our population, this means that the People Advisor must be continuously vigilant to ensure that all changes are executed correctly and accurately.

So, what will you be doing? Here’s some of the key accountabilities.
- Execute all colleague life cycle changes in line with agreed processes and service level agreements (e.g. Joiners, Movers, Leavers, Family Leave, Secondments, Time Management changes).
- Ensure that all data required for monthly payroll processing is processed accurately and on time.
- Undertake regular data audits to ensure data is robust and accurate across all records.
- First point of contact for queries relating to our People policies and processes, providing support and guidance for both colleagues and people managers.
- Manage pre-employment checks for all new joiners to ensure that immigration requirements are compliant, and checks raised on concerns.

We’re looking for someone detailed orientated who really enjoys getting stuck into transactional processes. Ideally, you’ll have a good understanding of the tools such as SuccessFactors, our HRIS and Service Now for case management, and will be used to working with multiple stakeholders across a business.

If you;
- Have keen attention to details and strong prioritisation skills.
- Can work with immovable deadlines.
- Have experience of working with SuccessFactors and/or Service Now
- Have worked in an administrative role before.

Then this could be the role for you

This role is key and works closely with many other teams in the people function, so can give you excellent exposure to different interesting parts of the business should you wish to learn more.

**Our Ways of Working**

Heineken’s Global Purpose is to “brew the Joy of True Togetherness to inspire a better world” and to fulfil this we believe in working closely with each other and collaborating f2f when we can. To enable this, we ask colleagues to be in the office Tuesdays and Thursdays along with another day.

**Our Benefits**

In addition to your base salary, you’ll also receive:

- Annual bonus
- Company funded Private Medical Healthcare
- Double matched pension contributions (up to 10%)
- 35 days holiday (with the opportunity to buy/sell)
- A monthly case of our delicious ciders and beers
- Exciting opportunities to develop your career

You’ll also get the opportunity to get involved with one of our colleague networks where groups of colleagues from all over the business work together to ensure we’re always working towards being a diverse and inclusive company.

**The Application**

**Who We Are**

We’ve 150 years of brewing history and are proud of this legacy. Yet we’re sure our best days are ahead of us. Every one of our colleagues has a role to play as we dream big, set bold ambitions and push the boundaries. We support colleagues on this journey with development opportunities and unique experiences to help them reach their full potential.
