**Internal Recruitment Advisor**, **Awsworth, Nottingham (NG16)**

We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Recruitment Advisor to join our clients team. Our client is the largest independent Builder's Merchant in the UK and as part of the role, you will soon be responsible for the recruitment across the whole group,hence the reason they are recruiting this role

**The Role**

This is a busy role that includes:

- Management of the recruitment system
- Building relationships with the hiring managers and using your expertise to advise them on sourcing and selection strategies
- Advertising the jobs which include creation of job descriptions, adverts and interview templates
- Using social media for recruitment and EVP purposes
- Ensuring they recruit the best person for the job every time

**What you need**

You'll need to have previous recruitment/resourcing experience. You'll also need to enjoy talking to lots of people and be able to work at pace. They currently fill around 80 vacancies per month (with little agency help) so you'll need to be on the balland be able to pick up our processes quickly. As they a very small team you'll need to work undirected and be happy to do so.

**The Team**

The Resourcing team is small, but perfectly formed They are part of the wider HR team who are based in various locations around the UK. The team are responsible for all vacancies from creation to closing and everything in between.
