We’re looking for a Head of Delivery

In this role, you will be:

- Championing and embedding agile delivery as core area of practice to support the delivery of the RSA’s Design for Life Programme
- Working closely with the Executive Community to create and improve the enabling conditions for Pathway Delivery Groups and other strategic projects to do their best possible work.
- Developing, testing, implementing, and evolving an agile delivery infrastructure that includes resource distribution, success factors, agile team culture, rhythms and rituals, tracking and reporting, and methods and tools to support real impact

This role is based from RSA House in London for at least three days per week, with hybrid flexibility for the remaining days.
